Since 2009 Innovative Fab has been manufacturing the trophies for the World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest, held in Memphis, Tennessee. Part of the Memphis in May International Festival, the BBQ competition features over 200 teams competing for 14 coveted trophies and prize money, not to mention bragging rights as the best BBQ team in the world.

The body of the trophies feature grill style cut outs, flames, and chrome hardware. The curved accent running along the right side of the grill design represents the Mississippi River, leading into the delta. The top portion reflects the theme of the entire festival, with a globe-like design and the festival name cut into the outer ring. A rotating hog is suspended in the center of each globe, and are cut from stainless steel (copper for Grand Champion) and polished to a smooth shine.

The trophies are floor standing and range from 42 to 60 inches tall. In addition to size, different color flames on the body distinguish each trophy.
